Welcome back to Term 4!

We hope all families had an enjoyable and relaxing break and are ready for another exciting term of learning and fun. Term 4 is always a busy one, filled with many wonderful events and opportunities for our students.

Some key dates to look forward to include: District Athletics, Prep Swimming, the 3/4 Zoo Excursion, 5/6 Woorabinda Camp, Art Show, Student Free Day (Friday 31/10), Curriculum Day (Monday 3/11), 2026 Transition Sessions, Colour Run, Year 6 Graduation, and the Last Day of School (Thursday 19/12).

Please keep an eye on Compass and the newsletters throughout the term to stay up to date with all events and important information.

Ensuring the safety of our students remains our top priority, and we appreciate the support of our community in helping maintain a safe school environment. A few key reminders:

• The staff car park is not for public use. Please do not use it for drop-off or pick-up. If you notice it being used, we ask that you kindly remind others that it is for staff only.
• Mobile phones must be handed in to the office during school hours, and smart watches should be set to school mode or stored securely at the office.
• Please continue to monitor your child’s social media interactions to ensure they are positive and appropriate.
• We encourage families to arrive by 9:00am each day to ensure a smooth start to learning. If you arrive late, please sign your child in at the office.
• As a SunSmart school, students are required to wear a wide-brimmed hat when outdoors.
• If your child is unwell, please keep them at home to allow time for recovery and to help prevent the spread of illness.
• Please ensure school uniform expectations are maintained Student Dress Code Policy.
