As we wrap up another busy and productive term, we would like to take a moment to thank all our families for your ongoing support, encouragement and involvement in our school community.
Term 2 has been filled with learning, creativity, and many memorable moments. Whether it’s been in the classroom, on the sports field, in the garden, or at special events, our students have shown great enthusiasm, resilience and growth.
We wish all our families a safe and relaxing holiday break. May it be a time to rest, recharge and enjoy some well-earned time together.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back on Monday 21st July for Term 3, which promises to be another exciting chapter in our school year.
regards
Ken and Jayne
Respectful Relationships Between Parents and School Staff
At BPS, we value strong partnerships between families and staff, built on mutual respect, open communication, and a shared commitment to supporting every child’s learning and wellbeing.
In line with the Victorian Department of Education’s Respectful Behaviours within the School Community Policy, we are committed to maintaining a safe and positive environment where all members of our school community—including parents, carers, and staff—feel respected and supported.
We understand that questions and concerns may arise from time to time, and we encourage families to engage with us constructively. When these conversations are approached with courtesy and a willingness to collaborate, we are better placed to work together for the benefit of students.
Unacceptable behaviours—such as aggressive language, threats, or disrespectful communication—will not be tolerated. These behaviours can impact staff wellbeing and the school’s ability to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all.
We thank our parent community for modelling the respectful behaviours we want our students to learn. By working together in a calm, respectful, and solution-focussed way, we help create a culture of care and cooperation across our whole school community.

Tyler Races to the Top in Motorcross!
We’re thrilled to share some exciting news from our school community — Year 3 student Tyler has been making waves in the world of motorcross!
Tyler has recently been dominating the Victorian motorcross circuit, winning the state title and proudly holding the title of Number 1 rider in Victoria in his division.
Tyler is training hard and preparing to take on the best riders from across Australia. We’re incredibly proud of his achievements so far and will be cheering him on as he continues to pursue his motorcross dreams.
